This Privacy Statement describes how we process your personal data for our services on (including but not limited to) the Unipupil websites, tools, applications, and other services (hereafter collectively referred to as the “Services”). It applies generally to the Unipupil web site and content and other related web sites where this policy appears in the footer of the page.
This Privacy Statement applies to all of our Services (whether accessed or made available online or through any other platform or device, hereafter collectively referred to as the "Website").

2.1 Registration and Ordering
Before using (and/or having access to) certain parts of the website you must complete an online registration form. During registration, you will be prompted to provide to us certain personal information. In addition, we may also ask you for your country of residence and/or your organisation’s country of operation, so we can comply with applicable laws and regulations, and for your gender. These types of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfil your orders, to communicate with you about your orders and the website, and for marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, your personal information may be used to contact you.

5. Email communications
After you have made an order, you may receive a message with all the information about your order. You may take this email to the institution as proof of the payment.
- This email isn’t warranted and the user performing the payment should keep all the data displayed at the “summary page” shown at the end of the buying process.
-This email can’t be considered as a legal contract. Sending this email has the unique purpose of informing the user who has performed the purchase.
